Role Description The AR Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for contacting insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing patient accounts, verifying claim status, documenting call outcomes, and updating account information in relevant systems. The AR Caller will work closely with billing, coding,



and collections teams to escalate complex issues, clarify payer requirements, and support accurate and compliant claim resolution. The role also involves meeting productivity and quality targets, maintaining explicit communication, and contributing to continuous improvement of AR processes.
Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable follow-up, denials management, and revenue cycle processes in a healthcare or medical billing environment.
• Strong communication skills for speaking with payers, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of medical billing concepts, insurance terminology, and claim workflows; exposure to coding practices is an advantage.
• Comfort with using healthcare billing software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
