Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a innovative People Programs Senior Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation,
and active listening abilities.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
