Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Culture & Experience Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.




• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
