About the role
We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to lead the design and development of AI-powered applications across different areas of Generative AI.
You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to architect, build, ship, and scale AI solutions using contemporary AI models, APIs, frameworks, and tools, while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical decisions.
The role offers deep ownership across multiple areas of AI, including LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Multimodal AI, and AI automation.
Responsibilities
• Architect, build, and scale AI-powered applications and features using modern AI models and APIs.
• Own the technical roadmap for GenAI features across multiple domains based on product requirements.




• Lead development of applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.
• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and autonomous/multi-step workflows.
• Architect Voice AI systems, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice agents.
• Design and implement Computer Vision solutions for image and video-based use cases at scale.
• Define and optimize prompting strategy, system instructions, structured outputs, and tool/function calling across the product.
• Design NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models, APIs, frameworks, and architectures.
• Lead integration of AI capabilities with backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Own AI system performance — accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost — and drive improvements.
