Role Description The Telecalling and Customer Acquisition Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Kottayam. In this role, the executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Ceyenar’s products, understand customer requirements, and promote suitable solutions. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining call records, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into orders. The executive will coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, assist with basic customer support,



and ensure timely communication of offers, pricing, and delivery information. The position requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues to achieve customer acquisition and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally over phone and in person.
• Ability to build rapport, handle customer queries, and support customer acquisition and retention activities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, email, and call logs) and maintaining accurate records.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work towards daily and monthly targets.
