About the Role
This role starts as a consultancy engagement, and we intend to convert it to full-time employment in about 3 months based on the performance.
What you’ll do
• Run counselling calls and convert leads from ads, workshops, and referrals into cohort enrollments (Ticket size 15k-30k).
• Follow up over calls, WhatsApp, and email, and keep the CRM updated
• Handle objections honestly, without overpromising and share weekly feedback with the team on what leads ask and why they drop off

Qualifications
• Clear communication in English and Hindi / Telugu.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse prospective learners.
• 1–2 years selling upskilling or career programs in edtech.
• Sales and admissions experience, such as consultative selling, lead qualification, pipeline management, and target-driven enrollment activities.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term learner relationships.
• Comfort with digital tools and data, including CRM or admissions systems, basic reporting, and using online communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote and onsite team members.
