About The Opportunity

• Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Store & Logistics In-charge to oversee the efficient management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing setting. The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, and coordination with production and purchase departments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage raw material inward and outward activities.
• Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.
• Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.
• Control material issue processes as per production requirements.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
• Coordinate with Purchase,



Production, and Planning departments for material availability.
• Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
• Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.
• Batch traceability and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
• Proven skills in ERP-based stores and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication raw materials and consumables.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and batch traceability.
• Ability to manage material handling, warehouse coordination, and physical stock verification.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.

Preferred

• Stability in previous employment.
