Role Description The AR Supervisor role at Taj Hotels in Jaipur is a full-time, in office position responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable function to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and reporting.



The AR Supervisor will monitor guest and corporate accounts, review invoices and payment applications, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the finance team and front office. This role includes supervising AR processes, supporting internal and external audits, preparing regular AR aging reports, and contributing to cash flow forecasting and credit control. The AR Supervisor will collaborate closely with other departments to maintain compliance with company policies and standards, enhance process efficiency, and uphold the brand’s financial integrity.

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with practical experience in hospitality or related industries.
