About the Role
As an Account Manager at NowFloats, you will own client relationships, strengthen customer engagement, drive product adoption, and contribute to renewals and revenue growth. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure customers achieve measurable value from the platform.





What You’ll Own
· Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. · Build robust, trusted client relationships and understand business needs, challenges, and success goals.
· Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and structured account management.
· Support smooth onboarding and client training, ensuring customers understand and use relevant product capabilities.
· Own renewal conversations and contribute to retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
· Monitor account activity and identify low-usage or at-risk clients; create actions to improve engagement and ROI.
· Track account health using reports, dashboards, usage data, and customer feedback.
· Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
