Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design and develop enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Scala, Akka, Angular, Cassandra and Microservices architecture, along with a proven track record of delivering highly scalable, resilient, and maintainable software solutions.

The role requires hands-on architectural ownership, mentoring of engineering teams, and close collaboration with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

On a typical day you will:

Technical Leadership

• Drive architectural decisions, technology selection, and engineering best practices.
• Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
• Identify and address technical debt while improving system maintainability and scalability.




• Act as a technical mentor and guide for development teams.

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop backend services using Java, Scala, and Akka.
• Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain microservices-based solutions following cloud-native principles.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

Architecture & System Design

• Design highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Develop event-driven and reactive applications using Akka and up-to-date architectural patterns.
• Define standards for security, observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to improve deployment and operational excellence.
