Job Description –Sr. Electrical Engineer

Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities

•
• Proven expertise in electrical systems design, including lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security systems.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IBC, and client-specific requirements.
• Perform and review design calculations, energy code compliance assessments, and system performance modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows, with experience leading model integration and clash detection.




• Advanced proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for system analysis, cost modeling, and performance optimization.
• Robust communication skills, with the ability to lead client discussions, present technical concepts, and coordinate across disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning and quality assurance.

Tool Skills

•
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).
