Ficosa India is looking for an experienced HW Supervisor / HW Product Design Lead Engineer with 12+ years of experience in Hardware Design and strong expertise in Automotive Hardware Product Development - PCBs, high-speed protocols, image sensors, power management, and more.

Key Requirements

✅ 12+ years of Hardware Product Design experience
✅ Hands-on experience in ADAS hardware design and validation
✅ Expertise in PCB design, high-speed communication protocols, microprocessors/microcontrollers, power supplies, image sensors, and ISP
✅ Experience in DFMEA, reliability engineering, and EMI/EMC compliance for automotive standards
✅ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across HW, SW, Mechanical, Requirements, and Architecture domains.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and develop the Hardware Product Design team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development, and motivation.
✅ Design and maintain hardware footprint libraries, schematics,



ECAD, and PCB layouts
✅ Perform hardware calculations, simulations, validation, and debugging for the Hardware designs in ADAS products, including Cameras, ECUs, and Frame Grabbers
✅ Work on prototype deliveries, debugging, reworking, board bring-up, and manufacturing support by
documenting and following Hardware defects.

Preferred Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
or from a similar field of education.
✅ 12+ years of experience in Hardware Product Design, preferably within the Automotive industry.
✅ Robust expertise in PCB design, schematic development, ECAD tools, and hardware validation.
✅ Experience in camera systems, ECUs, frame grabbers, and vision-based ADAS products.
✅ Familiarity with the automotive product development lifecycle
