Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing partners, and supporting the design of structured capital solutions. The specialist will conduct market research, track industry and competitor trends, and develop insights to inform outreach and partnership strategies. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, managing follow-ups, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating meetings and negotiations in collaboration with senior team members. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to long-term business development initiatives.
