Role Description This full-time, hybrid role is based in Mohali district, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Manager & Project Manager will plan, create, and manage daily social media content for political campaigns, including posts, graphics, short videos, and live updates across major platforms. The role involves coordinating campaign calendars, managing timelines,



tracking progress on multiple projects, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule. The individual will monitor online engagement, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies based on audience response and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with campaign teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, organizing digital events or announcements, and maintaining clear documentation of activities and outcomes. The role requires responsiveness to real-time developments in campaigns and the ability to adjust messaging quickly while preserving brand and political communication guidelines.
