Job Description:

- Own the P&L; for the Flipkart channel, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.

- Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and improve ROAS while optimising ad spend.

- Brainstorm and execute ideas to enhance brand visibility and product performance on Flipkart.

- Create data-driven strategies to reduce cost per spend, maximise campaign efficiency, and strengthen the overall product range and category presence.

- Manage listings, pricing, opt-in, content, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.

- Coordinate with Flipkart category teams for visibility opportunities and platform events.

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category performance to identify current opportunities.

- Work closely with supply chain and finance teams for order flow, returns, and claim management.

- Analyse weekly/monthly performance metrics and share actionable business insights.
