Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Search & Elastic Engineer to design, implement,
and optimize enterprise search solutions and manage Elasticsearch clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and search relevance. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Elasticsearch administration, semantic search, information retrieval, and hybrid search architectures. The role involves developing and optimizing semantic search capabilities using machine learning models and embeddings, integrating search solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge management and user experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Architect, deploy, and maintain self-hosted Elasticsearch clusters, including node configuration, replication, and sharding strategies.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for Elasticsearch indices.
