About The Role

G19 is looking for a QuickBooks-certified bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping and keep our books accurate, reconciled and close-ready every month. You will work closely with the finance team and external auditors, and be the go-to person for transaction recording, reconciliations and reporting in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks Online: sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses, receipts and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, customer follow-ups and ageing reports.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and clean up the chart of accounts, classes/locations and vendor/customer master data.
• Support month-end and year-end close: accruals,



prepaids, journal entries and fixed asset register.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) and management MIS from QuickBooks.
• Process expense claims and assist with payroll entries and related reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance (GST, TDS or sales tax, as applicable) by keeping records accurate and filing-ready.
• Coordinate with auditors, CAs and internal teams, providing schedules and documentation on request.
• Keep bookkeeping SOPs and supporting documents organised and up to date.

Requirements

• QuickBooks Certified User or QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years working in QuickBooks Online.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance or a related field.
