About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and execution-oriented Social Media Content Creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, relate, react, and share.
The ideal candidate will take a brief, understand the communication objective, generate compelling content ideas, and turn them into engaging social media content at pace across active state campaign handles.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Ideation & Creation
• Develop fresh, engaging, relatable, and shareable content ideas across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, and emerging digital platforms.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, stories, captions, and compelling calls to action.
• Social Media & Calendar Management
• Manage day-to-day content publishing, content calendars, and campaign timelines across digital handles.
• Ensure consistent content quality, tone, brand identity,
and alignment with communication objectives.
• Short-Form Video & Trend Execution
• Identify viral trends, popular audio, formats, and cultural moments to adapt into original, platform-native content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Brief Interpretation & Execution
• Translate strategic briefs into clear, creative execution plans in coordination with internal strategy and design teams.
• Handle multiple fast-paced content assignments simultaneously.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Track content metrics, including views, watch time, reach, shares, saves, and comments, to analyse performance trends.
• Use performance insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
