This is not a typical EA job, and it is not for most people.

You will be the right hand of our Head of Business Operations across several UK and international businesses. She plans and reviews. You make sure everything else actually happens: follow-ups chased, meetings covered, tasks created, updates consolidated, nothing dropped.

If you want 9 to 5, 5 days, and a slow ramp-up, this isn't for you and that's completely fine.

What you'll actually do

• Attend meetings on her behalf and send a sharp 5-line brief afterwards
• Turn every meeting into explicit, correctly assigned tasks in ClickUp (even when the AI note-taker misses things)
• Own follow-ups with internal teams and external partners. Polite, firm, and persistent until it's done
• Manage her calendar,



inbox and documents so she never has to chase anything
• Bring her one consolidated weekly update across all teams, not ten scattered messages
• Spot repetitive work and automate it using ClickUp, Google Workspace and AI tools
• Support business development: prospect outreach, proposals, follow-ups

Who you are

• A genuinely heavy AI user. You use AI daily to work 3–5x faster: research, drafting, data cleanup, automations. But your output reads like a sharp human wrote it. If people can tell it's AI, you've failed.
• Relentlessly curious. Given a new system, you come back with questions, not silence
• Inquisitive by nature. You don't just do the task, you ask why it matters and how it fits the bigger picture. You dig into how each business makes money, challenge things that don't add up, and question unclear instructions before acting on them. If you finish your first week with no questions, this role isn't for you
• Proactive to the point
