As our new Senior Supplier Quality Developer, you'll be partnering with suppliers to elevate quality performance and develop robust processes that ensure Grundfos delivers reliable, high-quality products to customers worldwide. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Supplier Quality team, you'll create impact by driving continuous improvement across our supplier base to strengthen product reliability and reduce quality risks throughout the supply chain.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead supplier quality development activities including audits, assessments, and capability evaluations to ensure compliance with Grundfos standards




• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, CAPA) with suppliers to resolve quality issues effectively and prevent recurrence
• Develop and implement supplier improvement plans using APQP, PPAP, and other advanced quality tools to elevate supplier performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to integrate quality requirements into supplier selection and development
• Cost optimization through identifying improvement opportunities in process or product
• Support new product introduction by qualifying suppliers and validating component quality through structured approval processes
