Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a client-facing, consultative sales role where you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, initiating conversations with prospects, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and taking qualified opportunities through the sales process to closure.
The role requires someone who can understand a business, ask the right questions, communicate value, handle objections, and build trust with decision-makers.
You will not be expected to simply follow a sales script. We are looking for someone who can think commercially and have meaningful conversations with businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach• Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
• Research businesses to understand their offerings, positioning, digital presence,



and potential requirements.

Client Communication & Discovery• Speak confidently with founders, business owners, senior professionals, and decision-makers.
• Understand a prospect's business, objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify genuine business opportunities.
• Ask relevant questions and understand the underlying business need rather than simply taking a service requirement.

Solution Presentation• Present Dezainahub's services and capabilities in a explicit and relevant manner.
• Recommend appropriate solutions across:
• Branding & Brand Identity
• UI/UX Design
• Websites
• Mobile Applications
• Web Applications
• Custom Technology Solutions
• Digital & Content Solutions
• Communicate the business value and outcomes of a proposed solution rather than focusing only on features.

Sales & Conversion• Qualify leads based on business
