We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the order process from purchase order placement through final delivery.
Please note: This is a full time night shift position aligned with U.S. business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts from Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, track shipments, maintain documentation, communicate with customers, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders and issue purchase orders to vendors.
* Coordinate with vendors regarding order confirmations, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
* Track shipments and monitor order status through final delivery.
* Keep customers informed about shipping updates, delivery dates, delays, and contract extensions.
* Collect and maintain vendor forms and required documentation.
* Maintain accurate order records and follow up on pending items.
* Coordinate with the billing team to ensure completed orders are ready for invoicing.
* Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely follow-up with all parties.
Requirements
* Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
* Experience in order management, order fulfillment, procurement, or vendor coordination.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Experience working with U.S. clients or suppliers.
