Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to develop engaging conference agendas, research industry trends, and build relationships with industry experts and speakers. The ideal candidate will have experience in conference production and a strong interest in finance, fintech, or trading.

Key Responsibilities

Research industry trends, topics, and potential speakers.
Develop and curate engaging conference agendas.
Identify and coordinate with speakers, panelists,



and moderators.
Manage speaker communications and event logistics.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams.
Support in office conference execution and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Monitor competitor events and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in conference production.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Interest in finance, fintech, or trading industries.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or project management tool experience is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally for events.
