Broad outline of the Role

• Provide operational support to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) across Sales Support processes, system enhancements, governance, fallout monitoring and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 5 Years experience

Other Knowledge & Skills

•
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce (SFDC), TCx and business processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and support system enhancement activities.
• Good stakeholder coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Analytical skills to identify data discrepancies, process exceptions and recurring fallouts.




• Understanding of process governance, compliance requirements and SLA monitoring.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn business applications and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•
• Support day-to-day CoE and Sales Support operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document system enhancement requests and track progress through to closure.
• Support system enhancements through requirement documentation, UAT coordination, validation and post-implementation checks.
• Monitor operational fallouts, exceptions and process deviations; coordinate with relevant stakeholders for investigation, correction and closure.
• Maintain governance trackers, fallout reports, issue logs and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
