Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a creative AI & Tech Talent Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Enhance employer branding strategies across various talent networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated,



progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
