Role Description The Finance Manager – Reporting & Compliance is a full time, on-site role based at The Den Bengaluru. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations,



tax requirements, and brand standards. The Finance Manager oversees internal controls, supports audits, and monitors adherence to company policies, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures where needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing expense allocations, tracking revenue performance, and providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. The role also collaborates closely with department heads, guiding them on financial procedures, training team members on compliance best practices, and helping maintain a strong culture of transparency and accountability.
