We're Hiring: Senior Manager – BPO Operations | Pune

InfinityBridge Solutions is hiring for a leading BPO organisation in Pune. We're looking for a seasoned operations leader to run a 300+ member delivery unit and own SLAs, client relationships and team performance end to end.

Location: Pune (in office)
Experience: 15+ years in BPO / ITES operations
Team size: 300+ FTEs
CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

What you'll do
- Own delivery of all assigned processes against client SLAs and KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT/NPS, quality, TAT)
- Lead a team of Managers, AMs and TLs managing 300+ FTEs
- Drive attrition, absenteeism and shrinkage down through engagement and strong floor leadership
- Run client governance: WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, RCA and action plans
- Manage process P&L; drivers: utilisation, cost per transaction, margin
- Lead transitions, ramp-ups and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with security,



data privacy and audit standards

What you bring
- 15+ years in BPO operations, with 5+ years as Senior Manager or equivalent
- Hands-on experience leading 300+ FTEs through a multi-layer team
- Strong track record in SLA delivery and client management
- Solid grasp of WFM, operations metrics and P&L; levers
- Graduate in any discipline; excellent communication skills

Good to have
- MBA / PG in Operations
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- International process and night-shift leadership experience
