Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned zone. The individual will oversee a regional sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure achievement of business objectives.



Day-to-day activities include developing and executing zonal sales plans, building relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers, and identifying new business opportunities in the agro and irrigation markets. The role involves regular field visits, market analysis, competitor tracking, and coordination with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to support customer needs and timely order fulfillment. The Zonal Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership, while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of customer service.
