About STREAK Originals

STREAK Originals is an emerging athleisure brand exploring the intersection of sport, art, culture, and self-expression.

We’re building from the ground up, with a vision to bring India’s diverse cultural stories and art forms into contemporary sportswear.

We’re at an early stage. The ideas are taking shape, products are being developed, and we’re figuring out how to turn the vision into a sustainable business.

The Role

I’m looking for a Founding Business & Operations Partner who wants to help build STREAK Originals from the ground up.

This is for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, taking ownership, and turning ideas into execution. Someone who can work alongside the founder to bring structure to the chaos of an early-stage startup.

What you’ll work on

• Build and improve day-to-day business operations and workflows.
• Coordinate product development, vendors, manufacturing, and fulfilment.
• Help establish processes for inventory, order management, and customer experience.
• Work on business planning, unit economics, budgets,

and operational priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and make execution more effective.
• Help build the systems and team needed to scale the business.

Who we’re looking for

• Someone resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Someone who can think strategically but is equally willing to execute.
• Someone interested in fashion, D2C, consumer brands, or early-stage startups.
• Prior startup or operations experience is valuable, but practical problem-solving matters just as much.

What makes this opportunity different

You’ll work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to shape how the business operates from its earliest stages.

This isn’t a role where everything is already figured out. You’ll help figure it out.

We’re looking for someone who believes in building something meaningful a
