Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Labor Relations Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.




• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
