The role: You own the company's books, GST and TDS. You keep the accounts correct every month and have the figures ready for the auditors and the bank. You use AI tools and good software to do the routine work faster.

What you will do
• Books: keep the books in Tally correct and up to date. Enter and check purchase, sales, journal, dispatch and bank vouchers. Reconcile every bank account each month.
• GST: prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Reconcile purchases with GSTR-2B and act on the IMS. Handle reverse charge, e-invoices and e-way bills.
• TDS and TCS: deduct and collect at the right rate, deposit by the due date and file the quarterly returns.
• Reconciliations: reconcile customer and supplier balances with their ledgers. Reconcile the stock in the books with the stores records.
• Month-end and MIS: close the books on a fixed date each month. Prepare the monthly MIS: profit, cash flow, debtors, creditors and stock.
• Audit and bank: prepare the schedules for the statutory audit and the tax audit. Prepare the stock statements and data that the bank asks for.
• Compliance:



track the due dates for GST, TDS, PF and ESI, and for payments to MSME suppliers.
• AI and automation: use AI tools and Excel to automate reconciliations and reports.

Who you are
• 5–7 years of work in accounts, GST and TDS. For a CA, the articleship counts.
• CA, CA Inter, CMA or M.Com. A qualified CA is preferred.
• Hands-on with Tally. You have filed GST and TDS returns yourself.
• You do not shy away from any work. You enter purchase, journal and dispatch vouchers yourself when the work needs it.
• You rise to the occasion. When a deadline, an audit or a notice comes in, you take charge and get it done.
• Strong in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• You use AI tools such as Codex or Claude Code in your daily work, and you learn new software fast.
• You will relocate to Shahabad, Haryana.
• Valuable to have: experience in a manufacturing company, or with an ERP or Zoho.
