Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Laboratory Operations will oversee the day-to-day functioning of Pandorum’s laboratory facilities at BBC, ensuring smooth, secure, organized, and compliant operations. The role focuses on laboratory coordination, inventory management, equipment monitoring, material traceability, documentation, and QMS support in close collaboration with R&D; and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations, housekeeping, facility coordination, and laboratory utilization.
• Maintain equipment and asset records, track preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs, and vendor visits.
• Monitor refrigerators, freezers, and temperature-controlled equipment, ensuring accurate logs and timely escalation of deviations.
• Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, expiry dates, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Coordinate material receipt, storage, issue, dispatch, and maintain accurate GRN/GDN and movement records.
• Coordinate sample and material logistics between sites and external partners, ensuring proper packaging,



tracking, and traceability.
• Maintain controlled SOPs, forms, logbooks, checklists, and other QMS documents, ensuring documentation accuracy and version control.
• Support audits, regulatory readiness, laboratory safety, biosafety, waste management, and corrective-action closure.
• Maintain operational trackers and coordinate with R&D;, Finance, Administration, vendors, and service providers to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; relevant diplomas may be considered with suitable experience.
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in laboratory operations, inventory, stores, documentation, or laboratory coordination, preferably in biotechnology, biopharma, CRO/CDMO, or regulated R&D; environments.
