About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven skilled to build partnerships and deliver community activations that generate qualified leads, shopping appointments and sales.
You will develop a network across Kolkata’s residential communities, clubs, private social groups and complementary businesses. Working closely with Sales and the Personal Shopper, you will own partner acquisition, activation planning, execution, lead quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnerships & Community Development
• Build relationships with community hosts,



residential associations, premium clubs, women’s groups and event organisers.
• Establish referral partnerships with salons, beauty studios, wedding planners, makeup artists and complementary lifestyle businesses.
• Develop partnership proposals and negotiate participation fees, promotional support, collaboration terms and referral arrangements.
• Maintain an active partner pipeline and monthly activation calendar.
• Develop productive partnerships into recurring shopping events and referral opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Appointment Booking
• Deliver monthly targets for qualified customer leads and shopping appointments.
• Generate enquiries through kitty parties, private gatherings, residential communities, clubs, curated exhibitions, professional networks and referrals.
• Prepare channel plans with target audiences, activities, budgets and expected outcomes.
