Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a strategic Talent Community Analyst to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever,



Workday).
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Highly organized methodology with a robust ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
