Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a resourceful Leadership Development Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist in the preparation of specialized reports, presentations, and process documentation.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
• Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.




• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
