About Brik Oven

Brik Oven Private Limited is a premium casual dining brand known for its wood-fired pizzas, curated beverages, and vibrant dining experiences. Brine, part of the Brik Oven family, is our resto-bar destination, offering a lively atmosphere, quality food, beverages, and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a Steward to join the team at Brine and ensure smooth service operations while providing guests with a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and service requirements.
• Present menus and assist guests with basic food and beverage queries.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with captains, kitchen staff, and bar staff for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests politely and escalate complaints to the senior team.




• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests.
• Maintain personal grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Support upselling initiatives and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Follow restaurant service procedures and operational guidelines.

Experience And Qualifications

• Previous experience in a resto-bar is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
