Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to work closely with our Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure a smooth and rewarding user experience.

This role will involve supporting the operational backbone behind bill scanning, rewards, and our gaming ecosystem. You will work on monitoring operations, identifying recurring issues, analyzing user behavior, and helping translate operational insights into product improvements.

The role requires working in a flexible rotational shift structure from Monday to Sunday, with operational coverage between 9:00 AM and midnight, including weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Scan Quality & OCR Operations




• Monitor and audit the accuracy of bill scanning and OCR processes.
• Analyze failed or rejected scans and identify recurring issues.
• Work with Product and Tech teams to highlight operational issues and support improvements.
• Track scan-related issues and assist in their resolution.
• Rewards & Redemption
• Monitor gift card and voucher inventory to ensure smooth availability.
• Track and resolve operational issues related to rewards, points, and redemptions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth redemption experience.
• Game & Engagement Operations
• Monitor the user funnel across our 100+ casual games.
• Identify engagement patterns, drop-offs, and performance trends.
• Support regular reporting and operational analysis.
• Highlight issues or opportunities that can improve user engagement.
• User Feedback & Bug Triaging
• Monitor and understand user-reported issues.
