We work with businesses of every size and help them import from, and export to, anywhere in the world.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Founder’s Office. This is a fully remote role for someone who can bring in new business, manage client relationships and work closely with the founders as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, reach out to and acquire new B2B clients across India and international markets
• Make cold calls, follow up with leads and run client meetings and negotiations
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to closed deal
• Manage client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Maintain leads, pipelines and client records in the CRM
• Work directly with the founders on strategy, operations and special projects
• Help build and improve our sales processes and outreach systems
Requirements
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
• Must have Laptop
• Proven experience in calling, lead generation and closing deals
• Robust communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong follow through
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email and video calls
• Interest in trade, sourcing and how businesses run
Compensation and Working Hours
• Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
• Performance linked incentives on top of salary
• Working days: Monday to Friday, with weekends off
• Working hours: 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour lunch break
