The Chance
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to strengthen PMC’s digital presence and build a consistent, measurable marketing engine. You will work across our existing website, SEO, social media, content, and analytics—and have the opportunity to develop a sister website from scratch, from planning and structure through content, launch, and optimisation.
This role comes with guidance and clearly assigned mandates, but it also requires ownership.



You should be able to manage multiple pieces of work, prioritise effectively, communicate when deadlines or priorities conflict, and deliver without needing constant follow-ups. The goal is not simply to stay busy; it is to make meaningful progress and move the needle.

Key Responsibilities
1. WordPress Website Management & Development
• Manage and maintain PMC’s WordPress website, including pages, product listings, images, content, plugins, and updates.
• Improve website structure, responsiveness, page speed, usability, and product presentation.
• Troubleshoot routine website issues and coordinate more complex technical work when needed.

2. Build a Sister Website from Scratch
• Help plan, develop, and launch a new sister website, from site structure and page layouts to content and ongoing optimisation.
• Contribute to decisions on user experience, product or service presentation
