Sales Executive

Position Overview

Teeshaa seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing high-value clients for our luxury design marketplace. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals with a proven track record in luxury/home decor sales. Compensation includes a fixed base salary plus performance-based incentives, with unlimited earning potential tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and target high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), interior designers, architects, and luxury hospitality chains.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn/Instagram), and networking at design events or any other methods.
• Use AI-powered prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator AI features, Apollo.io, or similar) to identify and enrich high-quality leads.
• Leverage Teeshaa CRM and its AI-driven scoring/insights to track and prioritize prospects.

2. Sales Conversion
• Conduct product demos (virtual/in-person) to showcase Teeshaa's artisan collections,



trade discounts, and AR tools.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to help draft and personalize client proposals, quotes, and follow-up communication.
• Negotiate bulk orders and custom commissions (e.g., hotel lobbies, luxury residences).
• Close deals with minimum monthly sales targets (see KPIs).

3. Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients (designers, hotels, HNIs, etc).
• Provide personalized post-sale support, including order tracking and returns resolution.
• Upsell/cross-sell complementary products, using AI-assisted client history analysis to spot opportunities.

4. Sales Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client feedback in CRM.
• Use AI-based reporting/dashboard tools within Zoho or similar platforms to speed up performance summaries.
• Share weekly performance reports with the founder.
