Role Description The Sports Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving sales and revenue across CosmoWellness’ fitness and wellness offerings. This role includes identifying and converting recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with gymnasiums, fitness studios,



corporate clients, and residential communities. The Sports Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Day-to-day activities involve tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, conducting client meetings and presentations, and providing feedback to marketing and operations for continuous improvement. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and meet targets.
