About the Opportunity
NIIT Limited is seeking energetic and ambitious students to join its Enterprise Technology & Learning Solutions (ETLS) team. There will be 4 tracks – Sales & Marketing, Pre-Sales & Technical delivery execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key business functions including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Technology Delivery. Interns will work closely with business and technology leaders on customer engagements, solution development, go-to-market initiatives, digital transformation projects, and AI-driven innovation programs.
The role is ideal for students interested in building careers at the intersection of technology, business consulting, customer engagement, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities pertaining to tracks:
Sales Track




• Support lead generation, prospect research, and account mapping activities.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Help manage sales pipelines and chance tracking. Pre-Sales Track
• Understand client requirements and business challenges.
• Assist in creating solution presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.
• Participate in customer discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
Marketing Track
• Support content creation for digital campaigns, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
• Assist in organizing webinars, customer events, and marketing programs.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
