Training Period: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 P/M + Incentives + Cabs (After Training: CTC Upto ₹30,000 P/M + unlimited incentives)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Job Location: Sector 74, Mohali
Post-Training:
• Based on performance, candidates will be converted to Full-Time Employees
• CTC after confirmation: Up to ₹30,000 P/M + unlimited incentives in US Dollars

Position Overviews
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).
In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building robust relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
This role demands robust communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
