Role Description The Business Development Manager – Jewellery Industry will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new jewelry business partners, primarily in and around Pune City, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. This full-time, in office role involves conducting market research, meeting with jewelers, presenting Instalaxmi’s digital gold and loyalty solutions, and negotiating commercial terms.



The role includes collaborating with internal product and marketing teams to tailor platform offerings, support onboarding, and ensure smooth implementation for clients. The manager will track sales pipelines, prepare regular business reports, and proactively seek opportunities to expand product usage and cross-sell features. Regular field visits, participation in industry events, and staying updated on jewelry and digital gold trends are core parts of the day-to-day work.
