Job Description
UKG is seeking a people-focused and operationally strong Partner Operations Manager to build, lead, and develop a team in India that delivers reliable, scalable support across UKG’s global partner ecosystem. This manager will be accountable for team performance, service delivery, operational controls, and the consistent execution of recurring partner operations workflows.
Working across UKG’s partner organizations,
the manager will oversee support for multiple partner motions and programs, including technology, broker, services, GPO/PE, and other business programs as assigned.
The role partners closely with onshore Partner Operations leaders, partner-facing teams, Finance, Legal, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to manage intake, approvals, contracting, onboarding, lifecycle, reporting, billing, renewals, and offboarding activities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager who can establish clear priorities, develop high-performing teams, maintain solid service and data-quality standards, and continuously improve processes. The individual will balance hands-on operational leadership with effective escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong commitment to partner and stakeholder experience.
