Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
• Communicate professionally with UK customers using clear and effective English.
• Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update call details in CRM systems.




• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call quality, productivity, and resolution time.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain professional call etiquette.

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on company requirements.
• Positive English communication skills are preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
