We're hiring: Social Media Manager & Video Creator (Part-Time, Remote – India)
Telia Growth is a digital marketing agency helping small businesses turn ad spend into real leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO content. We're growing, and we're looking for a creative social media manager who can also make scroll-stopping short-form videos.
What you'll do
• Plan and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using stock footage, text overlays, captions, and voiceovers
• Design carousels and graphics in Canva
• Write captions, hooks, and hashtags that drive engagement
• Schedule posts and keep a consistent posting calendar
• Respond to comments and DMs, and track performance (reach, engagement,



followers)
What we're looking for
• 1–2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong video editing skills (Canva, or similar)
• A portfolio of Reels or short-form videos you've created
• Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn trends and algorithms
• Great written English and an eye for clean, contemporary design
• Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Nice to have
• Experience with faceless or B2B content
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or digital marketing
