We are looking for an Event Sales Executive who combines a passion for hospitality with a strong sales mindset — someone who can build meaningful client relationships, host memorable site visits, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Site Visits
• Welcome and host prospective clients visiting Tavaro.
• Showcase our event spaces, lawns, facilities, and accommodation.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable venue options.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and premium guest experience.

Event Sales & Client Relationships
• Manage enquiries received through calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand event requirements, preferred dates, guest count, and budget.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations,



and event packages.
• Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, and corporate clients.

Lead Management & Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate booking documentation, advance payments, and client requirements.
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
• Work towards sales targets and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion.
