Darzi House, a premium men’s ethnic wear label rooted in timeless craftsmanship and contemporary design, is looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.
As we build and expand the brand, we’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and hands-on who can oversee production operations, coordinate with artisans and vendors, and ensure every garment meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end garment production, from sampling and material sourcing to final finishing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with master tailors, karigars, pattern makers, fabric suppliers, and external production vendors.
• Plan production schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of orders and collections.
• Supervise and coordinate production teams, ensuring accountability, productivity,



and quality standards.
• Monitor garment quality, fit, finishing, embroidery, and detailing at every stage.
• Manage fabric consumption, inventory, production costing, and vendor timelines.
• Maintain production trackers, documentation, and style-wise progress reports.
• Work closely with the design team to understand garment construction, design specifications, and collection requirements.
• Assist with sampling, design development, and technical decisions wherever required.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years of experience in garment production, fashion merchandising, apparel manufacturing, or a related field.
• Robust people-management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage workers, artisans, and vendors effectively.
• A basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, patterns,
