Role OverviewWe're looking for motivated and proactive Business Development Interns to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.
You'll work with our team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with decision-makers, build a sales pipeline, and help create current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Research potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and growing businesses.
• Identify founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
• Reach out to prospects and introduce The Growth Union's services.
• Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings.




• Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.
• Assist with sales pitches, proposals, and business development campaigns.
• Track outreach activities and contribute towards sales targets.

Requirements• Pursuing B.Com, BBA, BMS, or a related degree; second- and final-year students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, marketing, and business development.
• Confidence in speaking with new people and initiating conversations.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or Excel is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn.

Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not mandatory.
